Clover Honey is one of New Zealand’s lighter coloured honey’s and comes mainly from the small white flower formed over New Zealand grasslands.

BioGrade clover honey means the honey has been collected from flowers in areas of the countryside that have not been sprayed with fertiliser or insecticides and therefore is more natural.
